If ever we needed a cocktail called 'Chin Up' it is now! This takes a bit of making, but to be honest is well worth the time and is fun to do, as well as very tasty! It is the signature cocktail at one of the loveliest cocktail lounges in London, in the Ham Yard Hotel.
35ml homemade rhubarb and ginger puree
10cm peel of grapefruit skin
APEROL MIMOSA
Aperol has become really popular and probably one of the biggest drinks trends, with an Aperol Spritz about the most popular. This Mimosa is an Italian twist on a more traditional Buck's Fizz. The Aperol lends colour and a slightly bitter edge.
PEAR DROP BELLINIS
This may seem a little weird, but trust me, it gives your fizz a lovely 'pear' flavouring which is really refreshing!
RASPBERRY MARTINI FIZZ
This is a very stylish, yet simple cocktail to make.
