How long will my delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the option chosen at checkout:
UK Standard Delivery: 3–4 working days UK
Click & Collect (3-5 business days)
UK Next Day Delivery: next working day (order must be placed by 3:30pm)
Please allow the full delivery window to pass before expecting your order, as these are working days and exclude weekends and bank holidays.
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or the estimated delivery window has passed with no update, please get in touch with us and we'll look into this for you.
How much is shipping?
UK Standard Delivery: £3.95 (free for orders over £100
UK Next Day Delivery: £5.95
We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. During busier periods, replies may take a little longer, but we’ll always get back to you as soon as possible. Emails sent over the weekend will be responded to on the next working day.
