You can, at any time within 28 days of receiving Goods from us, change your mind and return any Goods to us. Free returns are limited to UK customers only.
When we deliver your Goods to you we will include a returns slip and information on how to return Goods to us. If you want to return any items you must complete the returns slip and enclose this with the items you are returning. You must then, within 28 days of receiving the Goods, send the goods and return slip in a securely wrapped parcel to:

Items should be returned unused and with all LIVE UNLIMITED LONDON tags including the 'If you love me remove me' tag still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Where provided, belts and any packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.
Once you decide to return the Goods you must not use them and must take reasonable care of them while they remain in your possession. The Goods must be returned to us intact, undamaged as soon as reasonably possible. We will refund to the payment card or type the price paid for the Goods returned to us on receipt of the returned items. Please allow up-to 14 working days for the refund to be processed.
Unfortunately we regret that we are currently unable to offer exchanges for items that are being returned.
Your rights under this part are in addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Contract Regulations. If you wish to cancel you must notify via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 calendar days from the day after the date on which your Goods are delivered. You should keep evidence of having given your cancellation notice, such as certificate of posting. You must then return the goods to us along with the returns slip as above. If you cancel your Order in this way you will be reimbursed the costs of the goods cancelled.
Orders placed by customers outside of the UK, please return via your local post office and ensure you obtain a 'Proof of postage' receipt. You are responsible for the safe return to our warehouse.
