Gara Rock, Salcombe Devon

Perched on a clifftop surrounded by lush countryside and stunning sea views, Gara Rock is the perfect coastal retreat in beautiful Salcombe, one of my very favourite places, in the world, not just the UK.

Hell Bay Hotel, Scilly Isles

If you haven't visited the Scilly Isles, I couldn't recommend them highly enough.  I stayed at this hotel a few years back and was blown away by the beauty of the islands. Hell's Bay Hotel is the most westerly hotel in the UK and enjoys a wild and wonderful setting on the Isle of Bryher, Scilly Isles.

The Victoria, Holkham Norfolk

Norfolk has a very special place in my heart, as does The Victoria, a 19th century inn on the Holkham Estate on the North Norfolk coast.  It lies equidistant from the most spectacular sandy beach and the parkland surrounding Holkham Hall.

The Gallivant, East Sussex

This is on my wish list!  Down in the dunes of Camber Sands, The Gallivant hotel is a motel conversion turned sophisticated boutique stay practically on the beach!

Ardencote, Warwickshire

Nestled in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside, Ardencote combines a beautiful setting with a relaxing spa for the perfect escape

Low Wood Bay Resort and Spa, Lake Windermere

Low Wood Bay sits on the shores of Lake Windermere, in the heart of the National Park. It offers contemporary and luxurious rooms with exceptionally beautiful views of the lake.

Blue Hayes, St Ives Cornwall

The Blue Hayes Hotel is perched on the hill rolling into St Ives, affording spectacular, almost aeriel views of the Bay stretching from the harbour and island around to Godrevy Lighthouse.
